Even though this thread sounded like some wierd morman pregnancy control method, it is also the perfect place to explain why I won't be around for a while.

I am having the same problem with my server that I think Spatch had with her mac. Unfortunately I don't have a kind mother that will let me swop my mac for her PC (in fact the whole idea of my mom even owning a PC very amusing ). So it looks like I am going to have to go through this one alone, which means I won't be able to post here for a few days (I'm amazed that I have been online this long) until all the bugs are sorted out.

I have my suspicions that this may be a virus left over from my encounter with Evil Mit (that swine) but this is still to be confirmed. All I can say to you, my friendly / crazy elfaholics is be and cool and keep it safe in the kitchen in my absence.

For the past few months i'd been having problems with my PC. Computer dumb-a@@@ that I am, I didnt have a clue as to what was wrong! That is 'till a friend of mine told me that it sounded like i'd contracted a Virus and pointed me towards here: VIRUS BUSTERS
This site described what was wrong with my PC AND gave me the instructions on how to fix it! DEFINITELY check this place out MIT!

Unfortunately it is not a viral problem but (it seems) a hardware problem with my modem. Arse.

I've been disconnected 5 times just trying to get this message up! There are still a few avenues I have left to explore before I send my modem to the big internet in the sky, fingers crossed that they work! Damn it, my mits are fingerless. Well you guys are just going to have to cross all three of your fingers for me!
